WHAT TO EXPECT
Two circles, group integration, a private retreat center, high quality prepared meals, and a loving and experienced team of guides and musicians.
Circles
Circles are offered on Friday and Saturday night. Each circle will be held with music, prayer, and devotion to your journey by a skilled and loving team.
Nourishment
High quality vegetarian meals are temple organized and community sourced. You will be asked to bring a few ingredients/items.
TRAVEL DETAILS
The retreat is held in Sonoma County, CA. Friday arrival is at 3:000PM, and Sunday departure is at 3:30PM. The nearest airport is STS, followed by SFO and OAK.
EXCHANGE
Sacred Heart provides a collective community funding model, offering pricing tiers that allow for this work to be accessible across a range of means while remaining sustainable to offer. We encourage the spirit of generosity and right reciprocity, and invite those registering to choose the truest accessible contribution based on their financial means. Scholarship options are available for those that would benefit from more support.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Shared community sleeping, car camping, and camping are included in the retreat exchange. Semi-private and private accommodations are available for an extra fee.
SACRED HEART GUIDES
Sacred Heart Temple offers a safe, welcoming, and humble space. Our primary facilitators have studied with teachers from the Shipibo Konibo and Cocama lineages, along with Western teachers. Through weaving ancient wisdom and technologies with modern understandings of healing, trauma, and the psyche, we provide a grounded and integrated container to support your journey.
